29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Production Area: On or before August 6, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards, in that the employer did not review the specific LOTO procedures for employees working on equipment such as, but not limited to, the Pneumatic Wire Bender and the Power Press 27, at least once per year.
