29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches, plus or minus 3 inches, above the walking-working surface: a. On or about 08/01/2019, at the paver manufacturing and palletizing area catwalk bridge over pallet driver 1, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, in that, the catwalk railing had the top rail at 28 inches high. b.
