29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. Creekside Construction on or about July 31, 2019, at the address of 271 Kensington Way, Elyria, OH: The employer did not have a plan or program to identify job site hazards which assist employees in maintaining a safe working environment. Such programs would support the employer and employees in identifying and avoiding potential hazards, such as falls during roofing operations, decreasing the probability of employee injury and/or illness.
