29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) Rolling Plains Construction, Inc. at 2930 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO, 80301: On or about 7/31/2019, the employer did not ensure that an employee working on a Waco mobile scaffold was working safely in that the platform was not fully planked. The platform consisted of two planks set on a ladder rung, whole the primary working platform was not planked. The employer did not ensure that the working level platform was fully planked between the uprights and guardrail supports. An employee was spraying insulation while working on a 39 inch high Waco mobile scaffold, and this condition exposed this employee to fall hazards.
