29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: Location: Stainless steel welding stations On or about July 30, 2019 employees performing welding work were exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to: Stainless Steel welding wire (containing hexavalent chromium), and were not provided training on the health hazards associated with those chemicals. Pitco Firalator Inc was previously cited for a violation of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1314975, citation number 1 item 2c and was affirmed as a final order on 9/24/2018, with respect to the work place located in Bow, NH.
