29 CFR 1910.1026(h)(2)(i): The employer shall ensure that employees remove all protective clothing and equipment contaminated with chromium (VI) at the end of the work shift or at the completion of their tasks involving chromium (VI) exposure, whichever comes first. The employer is failing to require employees performing operations that have chromium VI exposures to remove protective clothing that is contaminated at end of day. This was most recently documented on July 7, 2019 at 1200 N. Centennial Drive Wayne, NE 68787. Welder(s) were documented as wearing head/neck coverings, blue jeans, and t-shirts at end of day and exiting the workplace.
