29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(1)(ii)(A): 8-hour TWA PEL. The employer has taken one or more personal breathing zone air samples for at least one employee in each job classification in a work area during every work shift, and the employee sampled is expected to have the highest MC exposure. On or about 2/24/2019, in Reactor Room 1, the employer failed to conduct air sampling to determine employee exposure during the MDT batch process while no local exhaust ventilation was utilized.
