29 CFR 1926.651(c)(1)(i): Structural ramps that were used solely by employees as a means of access or egress from excavations were not designed by a competent person: At a jobsite located at the intersection of Blue Jay Drive and West Kansas Street, Liberty, Missouri 64068, employees were exposed to serious struck by and or engulfment hazards. Employees working inside of the excavation were utilizing a structural ramp as a means of access and egress from the excavation. The structural ramp was not designed by a competent person.
