29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press(es) a) On or about 06/03/19 in the Press Department; employees were exposed to an amputation hazard during the verification of the feed coil edge on power press die bed such as but not limited to, Press 33, 58, 29, 52, when they were able to reach inside the pilot hole on the die bed and simultaneously advance the coil feeder, creating a shear point inside the die. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
