29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: The employer does not ensure storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are being kept in a clean and orderly condition as follows: b) This violation was observed on or about May 31, 2019, in the bumper cars area, parts and repair materials stored on the floor exposes employees to trip hazards. c) This violation was observed on or about May 31, 2019, in the second level electrical storage area of Fort Frontier, repair parts, equipment, boxes, and other items stored on the floor exposes employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards. d) This violation was observed on or about May 31, 2019, under the Tumbleweed, oil on the ground exposes employees to slip and trip hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure all places of employment are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
