29 CFR 1910.23(b)(1): (1) Ladder rungs, steps, and cleats are parallel, level, and uniformly spaced when the ladder is in position for use. On or about May 29, 2019, fixed ladders leading to the access platforms 1, 2 and 3 for the Five Stage Parts Washer did not maintain uniform spacing between rungs.
