29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about May 10, 2019, and times prior thereto, in the stock room, the employer did not ensure that boxes of product and product carts (U-boats) were stored in a manner that allowed unobstructed access into or out of the stock room or access to and from the cooler/freezer and the back of the stock room when retrieving merchandise boxes. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1330308, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 28, 2018, with a final abatement date of July 11, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5508 McClellan Blvd., Anniston, AL 36206; Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1143713, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2016, with a final abatement date of June 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4030 Lawrenceville Hwy. NW Suite 4, Lilburn, GA 30047; and Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1044065, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2015, with a final abatement date of March 6, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 905 U.S. Highway 12, Baraboo, WI 53913.
