29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: On or about May 6, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that employees loading slave pallets on the stacker, located on the CTL Line, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 59 inches from the work platform to the level below. Employees walk on the work platform to adjust material on the stacker.
