29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: location: entire site on or about: 5/6/19 a) Employees engaged in residential remodeling, were exposed to several hazards, including operating electrical equipment without the use of GFCI. One of the exposed employees was not provided with adequate safety training. NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
