29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(b): Point of operation guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not conform to the maximum permissible opening(s) specified in Table 10 O-10: American Posts, LLC - Toledo, Ohio: On or about April 29, 2019, the Bliss 110 (s/n H-66567) power press was not adequately guarded in that the guard opening exceeded 3/8 inch. Employees were not prevented from accessing hazard areas of the point of operation and guide posts by reaching through the opening in the barrier guard.
