29 CFR 1910.147(a)(2)(iii)(A): Employees work on power source which was not under the exclusive control of the operator. a. 1200 Airport Road, Unit D, North Brunswick, NJ - Product Development The employer did not develop procedures and ensure that equipment controlled by the unplugging of the equipment and the plug being under the exclusive control of the employee performing maintenance was used. Employees performing equipment cleaning activities of equipment which included, but was not limited to Kanara Table Compression machines, did not unplug the cords while performing maintenance and cleaning. Violation occurred on or about April 19, 2019
