29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Edger - On or about April 4, 2019, and at times prior to, the employer did not develop, document or implement specific procedures for employees who are required to unjam the Edger Reman (Assembly #918-0102-1 Reman Module Main Frame), thus exposing employees to caught-in, struck by, and amputation hazards.
