29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed. On or about January 30, 2019, an employee was using a four (4) foot A-Frame ladder to gain access to a roof approximately eight (8) foot, two (2) inches above the ground exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
