29 CFR 1910.36(e)(2): The door(s) that connected any room to an exit route did not swing out in the direction of exit travel when the room was designed to be occupied by more than 50 people or when the room was a high hazard area: (a) On or about August 21, 2019, and at times prior, for the employees who were exposed to fire hazards where approximately 275 gallons of flammable crude waste are stored in the basement area with the exit door swinging in at or near 301 Second Street West in Williston, North Dakota.
