29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained, so far as possible, in a dry condition. Drainage was not maintained where wet process(s) were in use: (a) On March 20, 2019, two employees working in the plumbing test department were exposed to a slipping hazard in that the sump pump had clogged allowing water released after a plumbing test to create an approximately 2 inch deep 20 feet long and 10 feet wide puddle of water.
