29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program, including worksite specific procedures and all applicable provisions of this section, in the workplace where respirators were required by the employer as necessary to protect the health of the employee: a) At the facility, on or about March 15, 2019 - A written respiratory protection program was not established or implemented when respirators were required by the employer. Employees were required to wear 3M 8210 N-95 respirator during Dolomitic Limestone packaging operations. 1910.134(c)(1) is applicable to shipyard employment by 1915.154 that incorporates the General Industry requirement.
