29 CFR 1910.23(c)(7)(i): The employer did not ensure the stability of the ladder to prevent accidental displacement. On or about March 6, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that a ladder (10 foot fiberglass Werner) was secured to the exterior of the new walk in freezer unit that an employee was working on. An employee had to access the top of the freezer unit and components on the top front at a height of 10-12 feet approximately. Job site location: 1144 SR 303, Streetsboro OH.
