29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): At this establishment, prior to backing up the Reach Stacker, being used in material handling operators, the operator had failed to look in the direction of travel and keep a clear view of the path of travel: On or about March 4, 2019, at the facility, employees were required to look in the direction of travel when operating a Reach Stackers to lift and move the bottom section of a can to a wind tower did not have a clear path of travel, exposing employee(s) to caught-in-between and/or crushing hazards.
