29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. On or about February 25, 2019, the written lockout/tagout procedures for the Ecnoline S Pro 84 Diecast Machine did not completely Lockout/Tagout all potential energy sources prior to maintenance work, exposing the employee to the hazard of severe burns.
