29 CFR 1915.116(b): Loads were not safely rigged before being moved: (a) Enbridge Dock - Ogdensburg Pier Road, Superior, WI; On February 21, 2019 a load of steel plates was not safely rigged as the rigging failed when the load was being lowered onto the ground causing injury to an employee that was struck by the steel plates.
