29 CFR 1910.23(c)(9): Portable ladders used on slippery surfaces were not secured and stabilized: a) On or about 2/13/2019, Colorizing Area: A wooden ladder was used to access an elevated portion of the coloring system. The ladder was set up on a concrete floor with wood chips. The ladder was not equipped with any feet. Employees exposed to falls of up to 9.5 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item.
