Employing insulating protective equipment or barricades to guard against any remaining hazardous electrical potential differences. a) Worksite: On or about February 7, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards in that proper personal protective equipment was not provided while working near energized power lines.
