29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. The employer had conducted inadequate inspections of the jobsite, 2nd floor of an office building at 4620 Wesley Ave, Cincinnati, by a competent person to identify hazardous energized electrical conditions while employees replaced florescent light fixtures and installed LED light fixtures.
