29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) Jobsite, 2551 Champion Drive, Claysburg, PA 16625: On or about February 04, 2019, during wood cutting activities on the Powermatic 10 inch table saw, located on the production floor, the employer did not ensure that machine guarding was used while performing wood cutting operations on 7/16"OSB, exposing employees to amputation type injuries. (b) Jobsite, 2551 Champion Drive, Claysburg, PA 16625: On or about February 04, 2019, during wood cutting activities on the Delta contractor table saw, located on the production floor, the employer did not ensure that machine guarding was used while performing wood cutting operations for window framing, exposing employees to amputation type injuries.
