29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a. On or about December 6, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees who setup the Crippa bending machine #863 (model CA 976 EC; s/n 99-325477-1-9903) were trained in the skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of energy controls. Employees that maintained the equipment were not trained to control the machine's hazardous energy.
