29 CFR 1910.25(c)(1): In addition to paragraph (b) of this section, the employer must ensure standard stairs: Are installed at angles between 30 to 50 degrees from the horizontal: (a) On or about February 4, 2019, an employee climbed the stairs attached to the Yuhdak Vertical Injection Molding Machine in PVC Encapsulation. The stairs had an angle of 59 degrees.
