29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about February 1, 2019 and at times prior thereto and times thereafter, the employer has not established and implemented a written respiratory protection program to cover employees required to wear respiratory protection exposing employees to hazards associated with exposure to lead and other metals such as, but not limited to, copper, arsenic and cadmium.
