29 CFR 1926.96: The employer did not ensure employees wore proper footwear which meets the requirements and specifications in American National Standard for Men's Safety-Toe Footwear, Z41.1-1967: Worksite located at 534 Regent St., Excelsior Springs, Missouri- Employees were performing foundation repair work while using electric jackhmammers which could break a foot or even sever toes if an impact were to occur to employees who were not wearing steel-toed boots.
