29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, and passageways were kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. This violation was observed on or about January 16, 2019, and at times after thereto; when passageways/working areas were not keep clear from electrical cords, and air lines, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards: a. In the Finishing department, automatic punch machine area. b. In the Finishing department, mail room area. c. In the Maintenance shop area.
