29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about December 27, 2018, the employer did not utilize energy control procedures for the Mill #3 tube machine. Employees that set-up, clean, and grease the mill machine were exposed to injury in that energy control was not utilized for servicing and maintenance tasks.
