29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) Dayspring Restoration, Great Falls: On January 3, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while ripping grained lumber, a 2x4, with a 10" table saw (R4512, EM18013DO109141) without the hood guard in place.
