29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: Classic Window Coverings, LLC - Employees operating equipment such as, but not limited to the louver machine, route hole machine and blowing off dust station, were exposed to noise at levels between 86-96 dBA. A noise monitoring program was not established and implemented on or about 12/17/18.
