29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Where exposed live parts were not deenergized (i.e., for reasons of increased or additional hazards or infeasibility), other safety-related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved: a)Capitol Region Readiness Center Battery room: On or about December 4, 2018 and times prior, employees were exposed to 540V 2200amps live direct current while replacing batteries in the battery room. Where exposed to live parts that could not be de-energized, other safety-related work practices were not used to protect the exposed employees.
