29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite, 1003 Corporate Lane, Export, PA: On or about November 13, 2018, two employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing demolition activities on a compressor room roof without fall protection and an employee was injured after falling almost 11 feet to the ground below.
