29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) On or about November 13, 2018, and at times prior, employees in the shop were exposed to amputation hazards where the Delta X5 Unisaw did not have an adjusting hood guard in place over the blade.
