29 CFR 1910.25(e)(2): Ship stairs with open risers and a vertical rise between tread surfaces were not between 6.5 to 12 inches (17 to 30 cm); (a)Dakota Bodies, LLC at 201 20th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to October 30, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees performing work on the east wash bay work platform were protected from fall hazards in that, the risers on the stairs had a vertical rise height of approximately 14 inches. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
