29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3): Vertical and inclined belts were not enclosed by a guard conforming to the standards in paragraphs specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): On or before October 10, 2018, employees were exposed to machine hazards associated with moving parts and nip points during Cup Shaker operation on Priming Line 108. An approximate three (3) inch by eighteen (18) inch opening on the front of the machine exposed employees to the drive system which included the drive belt.
