29 CFR 1910.266(h)(1)(i): Trees were not felled in a manner that did not create a hazard for an employee, such as but not limited to, striking a rope, cable, power line, or machine: a) Logging Area, 609 Jebb Road, Camden, Delaware - On or about 02 OCT 2018, the employer failed to ensure that trees were not felled in a manner that created a hazard for employees. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating a John Deere 58D Grapple Skidder within approximately 25 feet from a tree being felled.
