29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) On or about 9/11/2018, on the south side of the house located at 1473 Paley Cir. S.E. Palm Bay, FL, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while carrying a J Channel of approximately 12 feet long while climbing up an extension ladder. The piece of J channel contacted a 13.2kV phase to ground overhead power line.
