29 CFR 1910.137(c)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment shall be subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and the maximum intervals between tests shall be in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5. a. On or about September 21, 2018, the employer provided employees with Salisbury, Class 0 rubber insulated gloves that were last electrically tested in September 2010, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock hazards up to 480 vac.
