29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(B): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in operating limitations relating to composition of loads to be carried and load stability: a) Facility: On September 19, 2018 and at times prior thereto additional training on load composition and load stability was not provided to maintenance employees who operate powered industrial trucks. Maintenance employees routinely handle large, awkward shaped, unstable loads that include but may not be limited to, heavy equipment and machinery. Note) Certification and documentation of corrective action are required for this item.
