29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: 14 Mechanic St, Southbridge, MA: On September 18, 2018 and at times prior, employees who performed maintenance on equipment and machine operator employees who unjammed and made adjustments to belt ribbons did not utilize energy control procedures. On September 18, 2018, two maintenance employees working on the Chicago Ironing Folding Machine placed one lock on the electrical energy source, but did not lock either the pneumatic or flammable gas energy sources.
