29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about September 11, 2018, in the shop, where an employee suffered an amputation, the employer failed to ensure that circular hand-fed ripsaws were equipped with an appropriate hood or barrier guard prior to allowing employees to perform woodcutting tasks in the following instances: a) Lobo Tilting Arbor Saw, b) Delta Table Saw, c) Delta Rockwell 10" Unisaw, and d) Rockwell Unisaw.
