Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001A Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) Converting - On or about August 24, 2018 employees were exposed to a fire hazard due to combustible paper dust accumulation located on all elevated horizontal surfaces such as but not limited to structural steel, round piping, tops of converting line equipment, electrical disconnects, junction boxes, top of shipping container converted to office, structural components of overhead cranes as well as on and inside of overhead cranes. (b) Converting - On or about November 28, 2018 employees were exposed to a fire hazard due to combustible paper dust accumulation on stacks of cardboard and rolls of paper in storage area.
