29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Where exposure monitoring was required under 29 CFR 1926.1101, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed: a) At the worksite; North Building, First Floor Locker Room, demolition and renovation project; the employer did not determine the airborne concentrations of ACM when removing, such as, but not limited to, wall tiles containing ACM for employees with the job title of laborers; on or about 7/16/18, 7/17/18, and 7/18/18. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement of this violation normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
